What I Actually Build
Infrastructure that survives production.
Enterprise networking, data center engineering, WAN transformation and automation —
connected by one principle: the design must work in the real world.
01 / NETWORK TRANSFORMATION
Cisco Nexus & Catalyst Infrastructure
Technical delivery of Cisco EOL/EOS-driven hardware refresh and network migrations, from assigned Service Request through production validation.
- Prepare device configurations and scripts; install or upgrade Cisco IOS/NX-OS to approved, field-tested enterprise Gold Standard releases rather than simply the latest version.
- Layer 2/3 operations across VLANs, STP, HSRP, vPC, Port-Channels, EIGRP, ARP and MAC tracing.
- Work with assigned Project Managers on technical replacement plans, Bills of Materials, equipment ordering and installation oversight.

02 / WAN & SD-WAN READINESS
Enterprise WAN Delivery & SD-WAN Readiness
Enterprise WAN delivery support with hands-on preparation for SD-WAN onboarding and production change execution.
- Network design inputs, implementation coordination and technical documentation for enterprise WAN changes.
- Support SD-WAN onboarding readiness by coordinating management IP provisioning, SSMO requests, connectivity validation, and device preparation for vManage onboarding.
- Deployment and onboarding readiness for Cisco Catalyst 8300/8500 platforms within SD-WAN environments.
- CRQs, rollback plans, risk assessments and validation steps for production changes.

03 / INFRASTRUCTURE OPERATIONS
Network & Data Center Infrastructure Operations
Maintain global infrastructure data integrity by reconciling and validating network asset, configuration and lifecycle information across NetBrain, NCM, TSNA and Cisco CSPC.
- Validate device inventories, ownership, operational status and lifecycle records against production infrastructure across global environments.
- Support configuration backup oversight, software/hardware visibility and lifecycle assurance through NCM, TSNA and Cisco CSPC.
- Validate topology, dependencies and device state in NetBrain, supporting fault isolation and reliable operational records.
- Experience supporting global enterprise network infrastructure spanning thousands of network devices and wireless access points; use WLC and Cisco Catalyst Center for wireless visibility, assurance and troubleshooting.

04 / AI-ASSISTED AUTOMATION
Infrastructure Data Automation, Governance & Assurance
Developed custom Excel VBA automation engines with AI-assisted development to eliminate repetitive manual data processing, improve data consistency, and streamline network infrastructure asset reconciliation and reporting.
- Automate serial-number matching, duplicate detection, record normalization and AssetForm population.
- Flag mismatched records across source systems to improve inventory quality and traceability.

05 / CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Production Change Engineering
Structured technical change execution designed to reduce risk and protect service continuity.
- Prepare Change Requests (CRQs) with detailed Methods of Procedure (MOPs), implementation steps, risk assessments, validation checks and rollback plans.
- Execute approved infrastructure changes, including Cisco lifecycle refresh, migrations, router and switch replacement, AP refresh and decommissioning.
- When required, participate in customer Change Advisory Board (CAB) reviews to explain the MOP, answer technical questions and secure approval before execution.

06 / DATA CENTER OPERATIONS
Hands-On Infrastructure
Practical data center experience across rack, power, cabling, circuits, support and operational troubleshooting.
- Rack/stack, structured cabling, ports, circuits and remote-hands coordination.
- Incident response, root-cause analysis and service recovery.
- Exposure to UPS/PDU, generators, cooling and colo/carrier-hotel environments.
